What is Tailwind CSS?
Tailwind CSS is a highly customizable, low-level CSS framework that gives you all of the building blocks you need to build bespoke designs without any annoying opinionated styles you have to fight to override.
What inspired me to learn Tailwind CSS?
When I saw the amazing websites which were being built using tailwind, I was awestruck at the ease and simplicity of the framework. It offered an attractive color pallete with most of the colors going in sync with the others. The best part is that almost everything is customisable. Once you get the hang of it, building attractive, stunning websites has never been easier.
What pushed me to take up the challenge?
Once I knew what the framework was capable of, I instantly wanted to learn it. The best way to learn something new, is to practise it regularly. And, the best way to practice it regularly was to sign up for the #100DaysOfCode challenge.
How did it help me?
The following are some of the best components I built in the course of 100 days starting from 28th May to 4th September.
These are just some of the many great things I built with Tailwind CSS. If you are interested, check out my Github Repo where you can access all my components
